Great service from Katherine Hansen, Greeted us as soon as we enter the store but gave us space to look around and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for when we asked. She checked availability on what we liked and did not try to up sell anything to us. She was personable and professional. Enjoyed buying from her, we will be back to this location if we need anymore flooring in future projects.
Katherine was fantastic to work with. She really knows her stuff and made picking out new flooring way easier than I expected. She was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. I’d definitely recommend talking to Katherine if you’re shopping for flooring.
The staff at the Lumber Liquidators in Ocala are amazing! I didn't buy from them today, because they don't carry the specific tile wedge clips I needed (they don't sell tile anymore), but they helped me figure out the brand of the one I brought in, and where I could get it. They also showed me the tile install tools they still have for sale. Despite knowing I wasn't there to make a purchase, they went above and beyond to help. I'll definitely go back next time I need flooring supplies! Kat even walked me out to my car and went over proper grout care and maintenance!
