I want to commend Jaca and Kinley for their professionalism and kindness during my visit. I’ll be honest and say that I came in not at my best and annoyed when trying to explain what I wanted to do with my hair. They both met me with patience, calmness, and respect anyway. They never made me feel uncomfortable and continued to provide excellent service. Their ability to handle a difficult situation with grace speaks volumes about their character and the level of care they bring to their work. I truly appreciate how I was treated and would absolutely recommend this salon.
