When I inquired about the cost as someone who had tried cool sculpting in the past, when you paid per cycle, I was told by the sales person who sold me the service that the policy had changed and that cool sculpting was much more cost effective now a days. I was told that you pay by area (my area was the flanks) and you get whatever number of cycles are needed to achieve your goal. I paid over $1500 for two trips to their office (two one hour sessions) to cool sculpt my flanks and on the day of my third scheduled appointment, I received a call, five hours before that appointment, informing me that I needed to pay for more of what they are again calling cycles to continue with the treatment. I have seen very little, if any, reduction of fat in my flanks In a nutshell, I paid $1537.04 for two hours of, at this point, ineffective coolsculpting on my flanks (love handles). Update: Ideal Image contacted me in response to my Yelp and BBB review and requested that I contact them to try and resolve my issue. I called this company today and they made no effort whatsoever to resolve this matter. They simply parroted over and over that you pay per cycle and that the number of sessions for coolsculpting on the flanks is limited to two sessions, in defiance of the fact that the selling point for me and what the sales person communicated to me, which was the only condition stated by the sales person to convince me to try cool sculpting a second time, is that you pay per area and that you get whatever number of sessions are needed per area of concern to reach your goal. Update2: I received a call from Lindsey who informed me that the person who I spoke with earlier that day misspoke. She assured me that I would get a third session and that they would reevaluate me at that appointment to determine how many sessions I would need after that session to reach my goal. She apologized and assured me that Ideal Image would honor the promise made to me by the sales person who sold me on coolsculpting. I am very happy that Ideal Image stepped up to honor their promise made to me and I am very impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I experienced with Lindsey.

The staff is very professional. Ideal Image has the process of laser hair removal streamlined. It’s very efficient. I am a little over half way through the process. I am very pleased with my results this far. I have made my appointments with the same technician. Francis makes the process comfortable. She is very knowledgeable & friendly.

I recommend ONLY Francis. Sad to say that Natalia has NO bed side manner. Francis is amazing. She has great soft skills and tends to the patients. I wish to continue my treatments with Francis as Natalie needs to be retrained or just has no people skills. Francis is a medallion in this place and hope that ideal image does not lose her.
