Great job! Even the ceiling were washed Their process did the trick. One bit of advice is to cover up your cameras that are in the ceiling. Worked all night, ready to go in the morning. if you are a commercial restaurant, this is a must.
So happy I found Joseph and his crew to do residential vent hood cleaning( main purpose for my call),Joseph also asked if I wanted to have my oven and stovetop cleaned as well. I decided to go for the whole thing.They did a great job, very professional and thorough. They hand cleaned everything. I ended up with an almost brand new looking range and oven, plus a grease free range hood exhaust. They were even able to salvage my hood light bulbs that were coated with grease. Awesome work by Joseph and crew.
Excited to take over our new commercial kitchen, couldn't wait to turn the door key fast enough. The last tenant packed the last boxes and a new kitchen chapter begun for us. You can imagine the feeling. Seeing yourself filling the shelves, polishing the plates, lighting the gas pilots for the first time and seeing the smile in your kids face when they saw the sparkling kitchen for the first time.
Click, went the door, and we walked in. It was like a grease grenade had exploded. Speechless. Grease everywhere, what looked like months of buildup were in the stoves. Everywhere you looked surfaces had the traces of grease; walls, equipment, ceiling, floor.
