First Choice Windows is a great company to do business with. The office staff, Mike, the salesman that took our order and measurements of windows and of course, the installers Lonnie and Zack were professional. The best to deal with. I am very pleased. Lonnie and Zack cleaned up area very well. Can't say enough about quality of workmanship. They take pride in their work.
First Choice Windows were recommended to us by our neighbors who had used them in the past. I can see why. We had 12 windows and a doorwall replaced in stucco with framed bay window area. Mike came out and answered all of our questions, through his knowledge gave some suggestions, followed by a fairly priced quote. We had to head north, returning when the widows came in for install. Their team of Tina and Sienna handled the ordering and scheduling wonderfully. Bubba and Dennis installed the windows and reinstalled my blinds. They called when they were on their way, showed up when they were scheduled and did a beautiful job, leaving the area as pristine as when they arrived. Both Bubba and his assistant Dennis were professional, methodical and personable. Bubba was also informative and had the patience of a saint with such a can do positive attitude, even with the "little surprises" the house gave him. The job all the way down to the caulk looks wonderful. I'm what most would call "particular". They impressed me and I'm very pleased with the experience. Definitely recommend this company.
First Choice installed our windows this month! Special thanks to the installers Lonnie and Josh. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our new windows are just beautiful! We already feel the difference with the A/C cycling. I have and will highly recommend First Choice to our neighbors and anybody else who is thinking about getting new windows. I feel much safer this hurricane season and into the future!
