Contractor left the job incomplete and it took him 4 months and numerous calls to get him to finish. The original time frame for completing the job was 2 and half weeks. Contactor doesn't post his name in his web page and fails to reply to calls. The job is still UNFINISHED and the contractor Joseph is dodging me.Service: General repairs & maintenance
