Called had small emergency and got me in next day. Had a 2:15 appointment and arrived at 2 for paperwork (1st time at office) completed paper work was called in at 2:20. All test were done and then Dr. Came in 5 minutes later. Was in and out less then an hour. All STAFF was just GREAT!!! After reading reviews I thought I was in wrong Dr. Office and I even went to restroom to see if it was nasty and it was not, so I Guess you have to actually have to make your own conclusions but I give them ☆☆☆☆☆

Amazing. We were scared after reading the other reviews but our experience couldn't have been better. The place was packed due to the flooded office in crystal river but we got in within 10 minutes. Dawn gave my wife an efficient eye exam and gathered all the background information. Victoria checked condition of the cataract and eye pressure. Dr. Ramsey made the diagnosis and ordered a YAG laser cleaning of the lenses . Excellent, efficient, personable and professional.

I have been scheduled for cataract surgery for Oct. 16, since back in July . The Dr. said I should not drive, because my eyes are very bad. Oct. 4 ,they called and cancelled my surgery with no rescheduled date. I have called 2 times and talked to scheduler and as of Oct 16, they still do not have a date for me. I called my medicare insurance plan and they say this is the only Dr. In plan. Unacceptable health care in my opinion. I will be changing my plan for next year. Unnaceptable!!!!
