I highly recommend using Cornerstone Inspections. We hesitated getting an inspection because the house was a new construction and it looked pristine. The detailed report and findings were priceless!

I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the customer service Cory provided us with! I was referred to his company and told that he would be reaching out to me, so I was thinking it would be several days since we had just gone through 2 back to back hurricanes, but he called me within a couple of hours! Not only did he call me very quickly but by the end of our phone conversation he worked me into his schedule to be seen right away. When he arrived he was very thorough and explained everything step by step to me as he went in and out of every room, conducting tests and taking samples. The process was simple and easy with a very affordable price. The inspector (Colby) took his time and provided a clear understanding of any issues with the home. I would recommend 10/10.
