I got my teeth cleaned today. The Lady was very patient & explained everything. But, moving forward I won't be a patient due to billing issues that I've tried & tried to get resolved. However no one will call me back. It's simply a code, billing issue. But, they choose to continue to bill, harass me.
Coast performed a thorough deep cleaning procedure at the appointment time. As comfortable as going to the dentist could be. Additionally insurance did not cover everything
and that portion not covered Coast had A very reasonable payment process on no interest installments.
Geat customer service and the receptionist in the front window was very helpful, and transparent about what the insurance covers. The receptionist is bilingual and that is a plus. Every staff member in the Dental office was vert friendly and professional. I do recommend it.
