Monica who works in the office is always helpful in getting inspections booked promptly. She is great at making sure based on type of lending, and house features that you are ordering the inspections you need and info for those that may be optional. The inspectors are very thorough and provide reports - usually the same day with photos and videos that are easy to read. Highly recommend!
During our home purchase process, we thought we were merely paying for standard inspections...but we received a LOT more. In addition to providing thorough inspections, Jason and Monica offered a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and local advice. Very impressed with the inspector that I had Calum. He was exceptionally thorough on what is referred to as a 4 point inspection. I received his report within hours which covered everything within the 4 point inspection and also included photos and videos.The office person I spoke to was also well informed and also provided me with useful information.Well worth using even before putting your home up for sale that way you can have everything you need done before the buyers inspector comes through.
