Very unprofessional and unreliable. Poor communication throughout the project, constant delays, and work that had to be redone due to mistakes. Scheduling was a mess, and it was nearly impossible to get clear answers or timelines. For a construction electrical company, attention to detail and reliability are critical—this company failed on both. I would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

Terrible company to work for!!!!! Will never give you a raise. You may be treated with suchdisrespect sometimes and some upper management are childish when it comes to dealing with people and employees. They won’t allow you to give two weeks notice or more but will tell you to leave the job instead! Luckily I had a job already lined up in advance.

Joke of a company to work for, don’t even allow morning breaks.. they claim it’s all about money so they could care less about the tolls of physical work in Florida heat and think so little of employees . While it’s not a law to give a break it’s common sense and industry standards… first company in my 23 years that denied breaks..Service: General construction
