I have been without dental insurance for a few years I had some work that could no longer be put off. I was embarrassed and stressed about whole situation but Kayla at the front desk and Karen the dental assistant were so kind, helpful and non judgemental that they set me at ease.
During the extraction Karen could tell that my anxiety was through the roof and she came back with a tooth stress ball that I could squeeze. It was such a small gesture but it really meant so much because I was holding on to that the stress ball for dear life.
