Upon my arrival home, I was promptly notified by the pharmacy that my prescriptions were ready for collection. Sage Dental in Ocala, Florida was amazing! From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience. The front desk staff was incredibly polite and patient while I sorted out payment using both my HSA debit card and my regular bank debit card. They never made me feel rushed. Dr. Immerman was fast, efficient, and straight to the point when removing my lower wisdom teeth. He was professional and kind. In fact, he removed the first tooth so quickly that I didn't even realize it was already out! Great experience so far. Receptionist is exceptional. Had an emergency like situation. She gave both same day walk in (with wait time) and following day appointment option.
Had deep cleaning done. Had best experience with Hygenist Melissa. No pain , no move your tongue instructions. Very comfortable first session.
April cordinated the whole visit helped running and explaining the estimates. She performed the comprehensive test. Have my extration scheduled for tomorrow. Hope to have similar experience.
