My experience with Cabinet Factory Ocala location was great. Julie was wonderful to deal with. From design assistance, confirmation of measurements (form, fit and function), I couldn't ask for better. Communication is everything, and she was very proactive with respect to all scheduling, and follow up.
This was my first experience with Cabinet Factory, but I will be contacting them/Julie in the future for other projects.
Julie was a pleasure to work with. Absolutely true to the design and no hidden surprises cost or design wise. I would highly recommend using Julie as your designer for your kitchen. This was a wedding gift for my daughter and they love it!
—My Mother is Very Happy—My 86yo mother ordered cabinets at the Ocala location. There was an initial hiccup due to the order being partially incorrect on the employee end (wrong drawer fronts)—but once the management was made aware of the situation—they fixed it and the employees involved no longer work there.Allye is amazing and helped her get the correct drawer fronts ordered for my mom and made sure we received as much help as she could personally give in her position. Brian also was a huge help in getting a date/time coordinated in order to have the correct drawer fronts put on for my mom.
