Excellent customer service and great communication. Love getting the text message updates. We are very satisfied with our floral needs being graciously addressed. The bright yellow flowers and bow looked beautiful and brightened up our space.
My friend called and said the birthday bouquet is beautiful. She then sent me a picture and the bouquet is full of beautiful and colorful flowers. The vase is so pretty and will be used again and again. I highly recommend Brick City.
The online ordering process was fast and easy. They even called me to let me know that they delivered the flowers, but no one was home in case I wanted to reach out to my friend to let her know I had flowers delivered. Overall, a great experience.
