I was moving to Belleview from Fort Lauderdale and had to have many things done before I moved into my new home in Belleview. Much to my surprise the A/C turned out to be one of those things. I called Duncans and they were backed up. I don't remember how I ended up speaking to Chad but I explained my situation and he made sure that I had a quality working A/C unit the day I moved in with my 3 kids! The first week a small issue came up and it was taken care of immediately.
I highly recommend them and would use them in the future if need be.

My air conditioner went out after our little electric storm here in Ocala call a company a friend referred me too, since my company had went out of business didn't make it back from the Covid, which was a great deal. I'm just happy to found another great company I had to calling the first company they came out, not very friendly and gave me a ridiculous price on my inside unit which I thought maybe just be a fuse to them no thank you after they try to charge me $3500 for a repair call Duncan air to the girl on the phone what it was doing and what had happened the guy shows up right on time. He was about an hour after my phone call and a Friday at 3 o'clock, he goes to eat looks at it goes his truck gets a generic little motor and had me up and running in 30 minutes $700 repair with the trip charge included. I'm ecstatic the quality of the work the on-time the service, the friendliness, The other guy felt like I was bothering him, so thank you very much Duncan and if you need a good air conditioner guy don't get ripped off call Duncan
