Before we chose the roofer we were going to use, we shopped 9 different roofing companies. Big D was THE best price, they had the highest quality work product (Atlas Pinnacle Pristine with Scotchgard). AND the best warranty!! Exceptional!! Everything done 100% as promised. The work crew were all so polite and happy. Done in one day. Great work in every aspect, on time, clean-up, installation, WE just got our Wind Mitigation Report which was included in the price -- the inspector said the work was all done to the highest quality. We would recommend Big D Roofing with a DEFINITE 10 out of 10. From their office staff, to sales, to the workers and all materials - and all work done. Big D Roofing did my mother’s house and it looked fantastic. She was happy with their work, so we called for a quote. The gentleman that came out was very professional and answered all of my husband’s questions. We called a few weeks later and set an appointment for the work. They began on time and their workers were nice. The work took 2 1/2 days to complete (although we are still waiting on gutter work). They cleaned up the debris pretty well. My only concern is that they hung cords and equipment from our trees that grow alongside of our home. As a result, a couple of branches were broken off of our Crepe Myrtles and they just tossed them into the bushes in our fern garden instead of putting them in the burn pit that is located 20’ away. A few other plants were mangled, but to be fair, our yard is a veritable jungle. But as a tip for others who have a lot of plants around their home, you may want to take extra steps in protecting any vegetation. Overall, we are pleased with their work and appreciate the communication from the office during the process. We are thankful for our new roof!
