The lockset on the door between the house and the garage had a broken lock and the outside door lever had fallen off. The first technician Dillon ascertained that the lock was irreparable but he didn’t have the correct replacement. That night he called and said that he found the right lock set in inventory and he even offered to come over that night and finish the job. Unfortunately we were out and didn’t get his voicemail until the next morning. I called the office and they sent another tech whose name I can’t recall. He installed the new lockset in minutes. Both techs were courteous and skilled and went beyond the call of duty. I was perfectly satisfied.

Emily and Laura both were very easy to understand on the phone. (Joe) came out on the same day, I called (Saturday) and was super efficient in ultimately getting all of my doors so that they had matching keys as well as ensuring that the doors would properly close and open smoothly without friction. I was very satisfied with the work that (Joe) did and equally pleased to know that it’s a veteran owned business. He did not cut corners, nor did he leave quickly without addressing the door closure issues that I had in addition to two of the three locks being in need of re-keying. I highly recommend this company to anybody Who needs a Locksmith!
