Nicole and Matt were so caring and genuinely kind. They aimed to really help us at a very difficult time with our loss. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone needing professional and quality service with the most genuinely caring people.

showed so much compassion, professionalism in assisting me in transferring a prepaid out of state funeral contract and updating to Baldwin bros, Ocala. She knows her job well and handled all of the details to ease the stress for our family. I couldn't be more satisfied and feel better knowing my final arrangements are 100% intact.
Baldwin Brothers is everything you would expect & need at this difficult time. They are compassionate & reasonably priced. I especially want to thank Michael, who transported my husband the night he died. My family wasn't here yet. He was very patient, comforting & compassionate. Tiffany on the paperwork side, was very efficient. Every time I contacted her, she was kind & efficient. I don't recall the funeral director's name, but he was very kind when we picked up the ashes. Even said a poem in the chapel. Thank you to each one of you.
