Jade is quite possibly the best hygienist in history. As someone who hates the dentist, probably more than the average adult, I am so thankful that Jade exists! My cleanings have been smooth, quick, painless and she always explains everything so well. She is also very kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend for your cleanings!
Excellent experience! I've had issues with a crown ever since it was placed by a different dentist. I even sought a second opinion elsewhere and was told nothing was wrong, so I left it alone. Unfortunately, the crown eventually came loose, which is what brought me to Dr. Penrod's office.
They were able to get me in the very same day, listened to my concerns, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue. Dr. Penrod, Patty, and Miranda are the best! I also had the opportunity to speak with one of the hygienists, and I apologize that I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I’m so glad I went to see them today. My mother and I were not happy with our previous dentist and when I called Aspen Dental they were able to see us both!! I was super happy. We didn’t have to wait to be seen and everyone was just so nice and patient with us. They explained everything we needed to have done and made everything so simple. They helped me with 3rd party financing and I’m getting my much needed treatment this week!!! I love it here and would recommend them highly!!! Thank you Aspen Dental for bringing back a smile to my face 😃😁
