Customer service at the front desk was Excellent, the denture fits like a glove, the best of all the dentures I’ve made in the past, absolutely no complaints there. The negative experience was I was handed the denture with white powdered stuff on it, that tells me it wasn’t washed before given to me to put in my mouth, after handed me the denture the person stepped away never even offered me a mirror I had to ask for one, and when it was given to me, it was a dirty mirror. What can I say. Overall I’m happy with my denture and that’s all that matters.

First time at Aspen Dental. My experience as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles. The staff are friendly. The X-ray tech is super gentle and cautious. The dentist and dental assistant were great. At the end of my appointment, the receptionist Melinda was helpful and we chatted/ laughed while I scheduled and waited for my appointment and receipt print outs. Overall experience was great!Looking forward to my next appointment. Yes, I recommend this office of Aspen dental.

It was my first visit. All the staff was very friendly and nice. The new patient process was very easy. I had a small technical glitch with the X-ray equipment which added some time on my visit.. also a very busy backed up day. It too several hours until I saw my provider but was made very comfortable waiting in the rooms. Very nice office setup with a beautiful waiting room for after your visit to discuss my plan. It was one one the best dental experiences I’ve had in quite a while. I felt like my opinion counted with agreeing to the plan. Very upfront and honest about what we would do.
