Anne came into my life when I needed help the most. She is a wonderful person who I can call even a friend. She decorated my living room beautifully. She turned it in to a soft calming room where all I wanna do is take my shoes off n relax. She said that’s what her goal was and she did it!I had different color walls, different sceneries, a bunch of mess. She’s a beautiful person and has the mind of an Angel. She turned my life around in soo many ways by being good at what she does. I am very grateful

We called Anntonie for a last minute event memorialday weekend...we couldn't find anyone that would help at last minute and a friend referred her. She was awesome!! and patient with our frantic group. She was extremely helpful in what would suit our needs econimically, as we were on a budget. She is what a planner and decorator looks like! We received top quality, and professionalism that was refreshing.. and we will definitely utilize her services soon

ANN TONIE CONCEPTS and EFFLORESCENCE DECOR deserves the Party Planner of the Century Award!
