In the very little time I have interacted with Frank and his team, I was able to sense their professionalism and care as property managers. They have been very helpful and have taken care of all my requests quickly . I am very pleased to have them manage my property.

These guys really know how to get the job done, normally I would have managed my own property but I'm Getting older and don't enjoy the management as much as when I was younger. I ask them to recommend what I should do and they said first and foremost raise your rent and I was "like what raise the rent" and so very hesitant ,since I had never raised the rent. Well let me tell you they got me a $2600 raise on one unitso I turned 76 properties over to them for management and consultation since " I was thinking of starting to sell them off boy was I wrong, now I just have just laughed all the way to the bank. These guys know their business.
