I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the owner and his team. Our Heat pump unit was 22 years old and giving up the ghost. I am an oxygen patient with COPD and need to keep the air cool to breath. The owner came to our home on Friday to check the unit and we opted to go with a new one. He was able to pull some strings for us and came back with his team to install it on Saturday! Our air handler is in the crawl space of the attic and a real b***** to get to. Not only did he put down plywood to make a walkable path to the unit, he installed a new drip pan with 2 emergency switches to prevent flooding if the drain pipe becomes clogged. He also installed a new pad with tie downs and a new digital thermostat. It works perfectly, is quiet, and best of all COLD! His team was very polite, no bad language or loud music, and so clean after they left you would never know they were here (other than the sweet, cold air). In 40 years dealing with repair companies, I rank this experience at the top. Highly recommend!
