During the recent cold weather here, I discovered that the heat pump condenser outside was not defrosting, so I called A-1. The lady who answered (as I found out later, is the owner Joe's wife) was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned. She immediately told me that Joe could come out in a couple of hours. He called me on his way, and showed up when promised. Joe determined that the problem was a bad circuit board, but did not have that one with him. (our system is an older Rheem) He told me he would pick one up at his supplier, and bring it out the following day. (I did have heat, it was not an emergency!)
