My experience was okay overall, but I left a little disappointed. I got a Signature Pedicure, gel polish removed from my hands, and gel removed and reapplied on my toes. The final bill was $93.28 before tip, which I understand can add up, but my receipt wasn’t itemized, so it was hard to understand exactly what I was being charged for.
I was also disappointed with how my natural nails were left after the gel removal on my hands. They were very dry, and no cuticle oil, clear strengthening polish, or any finishing product was applied. For the amount paid, I expected a little more attention to detail and nail care.
