This is the second time I used Tri-county All Restorations. The customer service is amazing. They help walk you through the process and make everything very simple. They show up when they say they’re going to show up and complete the job with great quality. They will work with your insurance company if needed. I highly recommend Tri County or Restorations.
A simple search for mold remediation led me to Tri County. Little did I realize that I would be dealing with one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.I called & Gary the owner answered right away. Within 2 hours he was at my home to do the inspection. He went over and above as we searched for other possible sources of mold in the house. We landed on places of focus. Kim delivered the quote. She was wonderful to work with & was so willing to answer any questions.Matt was the technician who led the work on the remediation. We had a water infiltration that caused mold growth inside the wall. They removed the mold, cleaned the room and furnitures in less than 2 days. Overall, the staff was timely and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I would definitely recommend their business.
