They repaired cracks in our buildings concrete parapet walls & eyebrows. The hairline cracks allowed drenching rain water to penetrate and create leaks on the inside. We've had a lot of rain last week and the ceiling and walls are dry. I would recommend PSI for all repairs. Nick Blake is the rep and service manager on my jobs, of which I have had many. I have worked with the company for the last three years. Before we contacted them, the association struggled with roof leaks for years. Once they came in, they inspected and thoroughly assessed the roofs' issues. They presented a comprehensive plan for repair followed by ongoing maintenance which extended the life of our buildings' roofs.Nickardo Blake , our account manager, is excellent at his job and very responsive!I recommend him and the company for all your roofing needs!!!Services: Gutter cleaning

PSI replaced my communities roof in 2017. Fast forward to 2022, I was in need of a few documentation for resale purposes and the professionalism from Jorge Bravo Busot, Diego Lima and Paul Folkersen was unmatched. They had no immediate incentive to help but they did and they all were amazing! I highly recommend them!
