At the risk of repeating myself, this place is everything you need when your animals are part of your family and their healthcare matters as much as your own! You want a doctor who is supremely competent but also somebody who cares for your animals like they are part of their family as well. Applause Applause ApplauseI brought my small loving kitty (RuRu) in and she had a UTI and was welcomed with loving hearts by a very professional staff that streamlines all aspects to the day to day business effortlessly.We have learned to be patient but only have good words for a brilliant physician, Dr. Ratnoff and his extraordinary manager, Lori. She is a vat of good information and is so knowledgeable and genuine that you could not wonder why this office hummmmms with big smiles.They all work hard and it has been a long process for recovery but we got thru it with great success.We sincerely recommend OPAH for any and all your loved ones needs.
