They even supplied temp units to provide relief while work was done. One customer had a brand new AC unit installed by someone else that never shut off and wouldn’t get below 76 degrees. A Koala Coolin team member noticed the thermostat and fixed it, bringing the temperature to 74 degrees with air blowing 55. Another customer had a great experience with summer maintenance and later needed both coils and essentially the whole system replaced. The team was out within a day and a half. Customers appreciate that Koala Coolin is not in it for just a profit and wouldn’t sell equipment you don’t need. They were pleased with the work from Alex, Isaac, Jean, and Yan, who installed a new AC and performed duct work with professionalism and excellence. Workers took extra steps to leave the space better than they found it. Customers would give them 10 stars if they could.

These guys are amazing! They replaced the A/C unit in our showroom during business hours—a major job—and made the entire process seamless. They even supplied portable A/C units while the work was being completed. You wouldn’t have even known they were there. Zero disruption to our business, and the professionalism was outstanding.
