Melissa and her crew were extremely professional and fast!! They took a sectional couch, three large mattresses, a huge platform bed they had to dismantle, a large set of dresser drawers, and other miscellaneous items (including electronics) out of our high rise apartment (that has problematic elevators) within an hour.
