I took my computer in to get repaired Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what I needed an how long it would take to repair the computer. The computer was completed on time and working like new .

I became a loyal customer after Geek Squad failed to repair my laptop. A few screws were missing causing the laptop to not properly close and when its open it is lifting a part of the base.

They told me it will take 2 to 3 weeks to have it repaired as they have to send it out for repairs.
I use it for work and needed it done ASAP. I took it to HYTECHWIRELESS and in less than 10 mins my problem was solved. Not only that, I was also able to increase the size of the memory which now makes my laptop more faster.
