Despite these issues, the facility has not let clients down, and overall, it strives to provide a warm and sensitive atmosphere for those seeking help.
Do not bother. I do not know if it is them or if it is Google's garbage system, but my lengthy post of negative and terrible experiences that I had with their system and some people who had worked in it before will not show up on here to others. I had sent them the same things twice and there was no response.
I have had the pleasure of being introduced to the WORLD of ECT treatments via the Fort Lauderdale BEHAVIORAL Health Center. I had success after the initial treatment. This is a clean well organized welcoming establishment. I was made to feel as part of a family thanks to the superior staff. I can’t praise Claudia Cid, Leisy Correa, Dr Richard Donyon, Jackie OConnor, Lewis Diaz, Elizabeth, Anesthesiology team enough . I am wheelchair bound and every single appointment we are greeted by FRANCE, he takes very good care of me every single entry and exit come rain or shine. Ft. Lauderdale Behavioral Health has been wonderful in the care they provide my daughter during her regular ECT treatments. The team consistently makes sure she is comfortable, safe, and treated with compassion and dignity. She never feels like just a number—they truly see and care for her as a person.
I especially want to recognize Claudia! She is exceptional: kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring toward her patients. Her compassion and dedication give our family real peace of mind. We are very grateful for the support and respectful care my daughter receives there.
