Dry Cleaning Depot provides reliable dry cleaning with clothes returned on time. The employees are always smiling, very helpful, and offer great service. The alterations service is excellent, with pleasant and honest service regarding the work and cost. The alterations are seamless and so well done, fixing improper fit on items like dresses and skirts. Customers report that the business simply does exactly what you pay them to do. However, there has been a recent issue where a customer encountered a rancid smell in the store and on a cleaned jacket, described as between spoiled milk and a dead animal. While the counter staff was nice and offered to deodorize the item, the problem was not resolved, and contact from a supervisor was pending. This incident suggests potential problems with odor control that customers should be aware of.
This is an amazing dry cleaner. I use them for their laundry service and they do an amazing job. Tamara at the front desk goes above and beyond the call of duty with service and attention. She follows up by phone and it’s obvious she takes her work extremely seriously. Nick who manages the location and others is exceptional and kind and a true professional. Finally, Marie who does tailoring is one of the best tailors I’ve ever used. I have had her alter hundreds of items with meticulous attention. I give them five stars . 5/5

The employees are extremely polite, kind & friendly.
There are other dry cleaners that I can go to but this location is great
