The alterations are seamless and so well done, fixing improper fit on items like dresses and skirts. Customers report that the business simply does exactly what you pay them to do. However, there has been a recent issue where a customer encountered a rancid smell in the store and on a cleaned jacket, described as between spoiled milk and a dead animal. While the counter staff was nice and offered to deodorize the item, the problem was not resolved, and contact from a supervisor was pending. This incident suggests potential problems with odor control that customers should be aware of.

Visited this location on multiple occasions for alterations. The woman who does the alterations is pleasant, does excellent work and is honest when it comes to some of the asks and how much the work will cost. I absolutely love what she has done with my dresses and skirts. Clothing that hung in my closet for a few years unworn due to improper fit. All the alterations are seamless and so well done. Been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Until today. As soon as I walked through the door, the place smelled like something between spoiled milk and a dead animal. I figured it had something to do with the work that was being done there over the last couple of days. I picked up my jacket, paid my bill, and left. Almost as soon as I hung my jacket in the car, I sensed it. The jacket smelled like something rancid. I took it back and the nice woman at the counter didn't act too surprised which tells me this wasn't new. She offered to deodorize it, but I knew that was not going to cut it. The regional supervisor was emailed and I was told that she would get in touch with me. Still waiting. This was a custom tailored blazer and am hoping that the new place to which I took it can get the smell out. Beware. i will upload this review if and when the supervisor contacts me. #disgusted
