I was made very aware of any extra costs and the interest rate up front and clearly! I didn’t have full coverage on my vehicle so I had to pay extra for add-on insurance product, but they didn’t dodge me on any questions! Since I wasn’t near any locations they had Luis (one of the underwriters) call me and do it all remotely. They worked around my availability and made my funds available within a day. Everything was explained clearly, and the customer service is superior. I am super skeptical of loans who don’t check credit, but this place is the best! They really set the standard high for auto title loans. Oh, and you don’t get penalized for paying it off early!...read full review
