Dan answered my call early on a Saturday morning before New Years Eve and was so nice to give me advice on the spot that fixed my door! I have a fancy hurricane proof single pane French door that was slammed shut and I couldn’t open it. He told me what to do and it worked! He also followed up with a phone call to check that it worked and if I still needed someone to come out. He gave me advice to follow up with the manufacturer to have them send out a missing part. If you are in need of a knowledgeable locksmith Dan is your man.
