Patients appreciate the friendly and professional staff, highlighting the kindness and knowledge of practitioners like Dr. Merritt and Maureen Greenwood. The front office team, including Alberto and Cary, is recognized for their welcoming approach and ability to resolve issues efficiently. Phlebotomists are praised for their skill, even with difficult draws. Many patients express deep gratitude for the support and care they receive, acknowledging the significant positive impact AHF has on their lives.
The most inefficient rude office staff and no consistent process to see patients- literally checking in for appointment to get vaccines and told I also need to check in with the pharmacy- located approximately 4 feet from the person I checked in with at the front desk- wouldn’t there be a way they could communicate so the patient doesn’t need to literally repeat themselves twice while taking one step to the left???? I am so tired of the lack of common sense displayed by this organization- I wish I had another option for primary care healthcare-
The new place is very nice, it seems very hygienic, everything is very clean, as always excellent service at the counter from the very friendly Miss Carrie. And nurse Karen's excellent hand, I didn't even feel the needle in my arm. In general, all the staff have always been very friendly, thank you!!
Not sure where I would be without the help of AHF and particularly the Oakland Park team. Dr Merritt has looked after me for many years. Professional and knowledgeable and something lost in healthcare today. She is kind. Alberto and the front office are always so kind and welcoming and make you feel like family. Phlebotomists are awesome and I am a difficult person to draw from but they are the best. Cassandra is always amazing helping me in so many ways. And Allie who works the insurance is really on top of things. All over AHF thanks for providing something that changes lives all over the world and for me personally.
