Always clean, fast, and every staff member is SUPER Sweet!!! I usually see the same lady every time I visit, not sure if her name, but they DEFINITELY Need to keep her happy!! She Runs that place with her eyes closed! Plus she is Funny as Hell. I visit the North Port Florida store. ?????

This was my first spray tan experience. I was nervous because I didn’t want to mess it up. When I walked in , I was third in line and was greeted by Stephanie who helped me sign up for a membership showed me how to tan and was so pleasant and happy. There was a line out the door and not one time did I feel rushed and she always had a smile on her face. She never acted like she was stressed or bothered. Which in a situation like that with just her there doing everything could’ve easily been the case but it wasn’t! Can’t wait to tan again next week :-)

I really like coming to this location. After moving up to Punta Gorda from Naples I wanted to keep going to Zoom Tan. The North Port location is a drive for me weekly with my spray tan membership. Yet Im devoted on how I feel after leaving. Please consider updating this location with the self check in kiosk for established membership like you do in Naples. Not wanting to take away from employees but often they are being taken away to help new members and questions about costs. It’s just easier for the old school zoom tanners to get checked in without waiting. While an employee is trying to give good customer service.
