I do not write reviews but this one is mandatory. I went to Tire Kingdom in North Port Florida after making an appointment to change out a carrier bearing on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Once up and after an inspection I found out I needed U Joints replaced on my drive shaft. I had them go ahead and replace them as well. 762.00 dollars later I was off and driving. 20 miles later on the freeway there was a snap and a vibration. I pulled over safely to the side of the road and called the shop. Of course they were closed. hi then proceeded to crawl the truck to a parking lot nearby for overnight At 8am I called the shop and 14 hours later, I arrived back at the parking lot to have my vehicle loaded to a tow truck. The tow truck took my vehicle to the local Tire Kingdom for repair. Upon arrival at the closest Tire Kingdom, I found out that they did not have a mechanic that day and were unable to fix it. I was provided a rental truck until the mechanic was able to fix it. With my truck back in my possession, they provided a refund and many apologies for loss of my work vehicle, my time and patience as they worked out some internal issues. I highly recommend in the most sincerest terms Tire Kingdom in Northport, for standing by their word and getting me back on the road as soon as possible.
