I was in a lot of pain from my basketball tournaments a couple days prior and I am so glad my son in law referred me to this place. Aliya at the front was so personable and sympathetic. She walked me through the entire process, calmed my nerves of seeing a doctor that I was previously unfamiliar with, joked with me to get my mind off the pain I was in and even helped me fill out parts of the paperwork that I was having trouble with. The doctor actually listened to me, took their time and even gave me instructions on how to relieve my pain at home when I am unable to come in. I arrived this morning unable to really stand and move. I had to call off work today. I have a regular chiropractor who was out on maternity leave and got out of the habit of going for my maintenance. They wouldn’t be open until Monday and I work all day so who knows when I could have gotten in there.The young lady at reception was very kind and accommodating and I could tell she had sympathy for me. It wasn’t long and I was in with Doc Julia. I get super nervous of anyone new, unknowing to my issues to adjust me. I showed her photos of a few X-rays I have on my phone. Dr. Brian has excellent bedside manor. He is humble and has much empathy. He was thorough in his assessment and understood my pain. I was reluctant to go to the first visit, but I am pleasantly surprised, and am glad I listened to my wife. I look forward to continuing treatment. The facility was clean, the receptionist was kind and helpful. Thank you!
