Our cocker spaniel Lili had a bad experience at Pet Smart. A neighbor recommended Ryan at the Dog Empire. Her dog always looked great but mostly she said Ryan was very good and kind with her dog. So we took Lili—and not only found a wonderful groomer but new friends!! Lili is not afraid to go to the groomers and she even hops right up on the grooming table ready to go!! Samantha was going to Ryan for about a year.now lets understand i had no problem with his grooming of her here the problem his attitude and deminer just greatly change.we dont go there anymore so i ask him to send me Samantha grooming sheet several times to no avail did he send it very unprofessional. if he has a business model it most certainly needs fixing.he charges a lot of money .well her new groomer is 1/3 of what he charged and the grooming is just as good.she is also a private groomer good luck
