Summit Home Builders built our custom home, and we had a wonderful experience working with Art and his father. They were easy to communicate with and attentive throughout the entire process.

We are extremely pleased with the finishes used in our home — they truly exceeded typical builder-grade quality. The subcontractors they worked with were professional and did excellent work.

We began our build during COVID, facing supply shortages, and even endured Hurricane Ian during the process. Despite those challenges, everything came together beautifully.

I really enjoyed working with summit homes to buy my first home.
