I love that anytime I contact Flo-Tech they answer my call and address me by name making it a personable experience and asking what is going on and how they can help! They have always taken the time to go over my concerns, have been transparent with worst to best case scenario. All of the staff with Flo-Tech are professional, courteous, friendly and are one of a kind! Happy that I reached out to my friends when I moved down here looking for recommendation and they referred me to Flo-Tech!
Woke up yesterday and found our hot water heater leaking and not workin. Call Flo-tech and by 4:00 that day I had a brand new hot water heater, everything neat and tidy. Very happy with their response and work. Cost was less than I had expected.
Great company! We used Flo-Tech for our new house. AC Maintenance and Plumbing things. Techs were on time, got the jobs completed in a timely manner. Kept us informed and advised us on future care.
Actually the great experience started with the girls in the office, who were very kind in helping us schedule the appointments from another state the day after closing! Thank you girls for guiding me through everything I needed!
