Natalya was on point from the moment I reached out. She jumped in right away to help locate my friend’s project and didn’t waste any time getting me the information I needed. What I appreciated most was how proactive she was — she even offered to look deeper into the issue and suggested I come drop off the check so everything could move forward smoothly Its for black chain link fence project. I recommend Natalya if you need help at Fence Outlet.
Very pleased with the customer service. I needed a bolt replaced on a gate that was installed last year. Jyier was quick to ensure that my problem was solved. The tech, Colin, was very polite and efficient.
Zahir was very helpful
