Been a satisfied patient for over six years until now. All I can say is be prepared to jump through hoops or better yet, just stay away, go elsewhere. This place was good until it was taken over by Quigley and then many doctors left. I make my annual vision appointment for June 2025. This appointment gets rescheduled for August 2025, fine. I get a call the week before the August appointment that the provider's schedule has changed and my appointment is canceled. Alright, I make a third appointment for September 3, 2025. I've been to their Port Charlotte office, but this was my first time at this one. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, just good feedback and willingness to make sure you got exactly what you wanted or needed, even if it meant sending you elsewhere. My appointment was started in a timely manner, there were no long waits, and you felt like they had as much respect for your time as they expect you to have for theirs. They helped me find and fitted me for my first set of bifocals and made sure I knew exactly what insurance would pay out. I'd definitely recommend them.

Just had complete eye exam done. I was really impressed with the kind and friendly professional service. Everything was explained while it was being done. No long wait times. I had a very pleasant experience.
