Courtyard Condo has 4 areas of flat roofs which they explained different ways to seal them, providing us with explanations and giving us their best recommendation. We took their recommendation and we are completely impressed. We also have large area of shingled roof that they replaced. There clean up was efficient and daily, any problems they came across they fixed, there Workers were pleasant and skilled. Everything was completed in a very timely matter.
