The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, friendly, amazing, down to earth, and phenomenal. They greet patients immediately, show empathy and warmth, and help calm stressful states. The team is experienced, efficient, gentle, and communicative, taking time to explain procedures, hear concerns, and ensure patients are okay every step of the way. They make patients feel comfortable, welcome, and confident in their care. Many patients report painless procedures, such as extractions, and leave feeling well. The practice is highly recommended for anyone looking for quality dental care, especially those who have had bad experiences or are afraid of the dentist. It is considered a genuinely positive experience where appointments start on time and patients receive excellent attention and care.
I have some of the worst dental anxiety known to human kind (so bad i’ve avoided dentists for years). Dr. Sarah and every single staff member has made my experiences INCREDIBLE. I’m excited to make follow ups & know i’m being handled with top tier care. What started as an emergency fix turned into me finding a Dentist for life.
Was very pleased with the entire staff .Came in with painful toothache. Was greeted and welcomed immediately. Ofice was bright clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Had to have an extraction which was painless. All preceedures were explained and my concerns were heard and answered. Staff showed empathy for my pain and their warmth helped to calm my stressful state. I felt confident i made the right decition to choose North Palm dental . I left feeling well and expressed my gatitude. I finally had a restful night and feel like a new person today. I would recommend North Palm Dental to my friends and anyone who is looking for Dental services.
I had an amazing experience at North Palm Dental! I went in for a root canal, a couple of fillings, and to have one replaced, and everything was handled so efficiently from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with dentists in the past, so I was honestly a bit nervous going in—but this place completely changed that for me. They were gentle, communicative, and really took the time to make sure I was okay every step of the way.
