We kept having some glass that was perpetually fogging up. Had Advanced Window and Door come out to replace it.
Kerry took care of this for us, we are thrilled with the results, the service and the price.
Customer service was seamless as well, which I feel needs to be noted because often times that can be lacking these days.

I have used them for a few years now without any issues- this past month he scheduled me four different times- I rearranged my schedule and he never shows up. Now he is blocking my calls- I saw that I am not the first person he has done this with. I have no idea why this is happening, but extremely unprofessional to not even call to explain. In July 29, 2020 I called Advanced Window and Door, inc. to replace sliding door rollers because the door was hard and difficult to open. They didn’t do a good job because the doors didn’t slide smooth. Still hard to open. Today I called a different company A-1 SLIDING DOORS I paid 359.00 to do the same job and Benjamin did an excellent work. I was so happy that I started jumping and smiling to see and feel the different that the doors open very and very smoothly. Awesome job. I lost $265.00 from Advanced Window & Door, inc.
