At Trauma and Rehab Natalie is the receptionist and she consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, greeting all visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, efficiently managing incoming calls, and proactively addressing any concerns that arise. Appointments are usually on time, and the doctor takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options, ensuring I feel heard and informed. The office environment is clean and welcoming, making even the most anxious patient feel comfortable.
