From Genni at the front desk who always greets you with a smile to the physical therapist I give them 5 stars My husband has improved so much thanks to the help from NOW at 123rd st . Thank you Minerva and Elvis for all you compassion and knowledge !!

The overall approach was unprofessional. Throughout the session, the therapist lacked attentiveness, leaving me alone without making eye contact while I was performing exercises. The therapist remained behind the computer screen and failed to inquire about my well-being during the exercises. Instead of seeking my input, he assumed I had no pain solely based on his own opinion. Despite my existing leg inflammation and ongoing anti-inflammatory medication, the therapist declined to follow treatments aligned with my orthopedic recommendations.

I over love coming here.. They are very helpful and care so much for their patients.. Especially the receptionist, she is very good on being on top of all our appointments and make sure we are being treated right and getting the best help we need.. she provides me with everything I need even to be able to leave work early if I had an early appointment or if i couldn't make she made it very easy to reschedule.. I love Ms. Minerva.. she is very active on making sure we hit every part that needs the work on and make sure I'm comfortable doing everything..
