I had an excellent experience with Sean. He arrived on time on a Sunday , diagnosed and fixed my problem . In my case I needed a new flush valve in my toilet. He had the part in his truck. Price was reasonable for a professional job on a weekend. Would use again for sure.
July 4th and we discovered a pipe leak behind our stackable Washer/Dryer in the condo. This is an issue as we have other owners several floors below us who could be affected. Called Mr. Rooter and Hansel was here within the hour. Not only was he quick, he was extremely personable, honest, nice and informative. An absolute pleasure to experience such exceptional service.
